The Taijiang National Park Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the Headquarters) hopes to enhance the exhibition function of the Visitor Center and diversify the exhibition in the Visitor Center. Since 2018, the Office has been planning to transform the Special Exhibition Section on the second floor of the Visitor Center into a diverse arts exhibition venue. It introduces the arts and culture with the core value of the conservation of national parks. Tourists can admire the beauty of the national park from different aspects of the arts.

With a limited budget and duration, the Headquarters entrusted Fang Yuan Joint Interior Design Co., Ltd., a famous planning and design company, in Central Taiwan, and Yuan Chuan Interior Design Construction Co., Ltd., a well-known company in Tainan for the construction of the art gallery. The Headquarters negotiated with the design and construction inspection unit, and the contract construction unit closely during implementation. Together they built an exhibition space formed by 36 movable display boards, that can be adapted to exhibition requirements. The Headquarters entrusted Yang Chih Hsiung, a renowned calligrapher in Tainan to write “Arts and Culture in Taijiang”, the name of the art gallery. The calligraphy works are hung above the entrance of the art gallery. This name adds artistic and cultural flair to the space. We hope that visitors will know more about the ecological treasure of Taijiang from artistic aspects while being attracted to the Taijiang Academy and take pictures. This artistic environmental education venue is on the second floor of the Visitor Center in the Taijiang Academy (No. 118, Sicao Blvd., Annan Dist., Tainan City). The “Searching for Sacred Land in Taijiang” exhibition is currently being held in this venue from February 17 to April 7, 2019. Welcome!
