Summer is Coming. Pay attention to water safety!

I. It is hot in summer. Water activity is one of the most popular ways to cool off on hot days. Drowning statistics shows that most drowning incidents occur in the river and at the beach. Before summer, the Taijiang National Park Headquarters offers the following information to reduce drowning by promoting safety for water recreation activities.     II. Links to promotion videos:

III. The Taijiang National Park Headquarters released Ying Jiang Jie Zi No. 1036880879 on July 15, 2014. This announcement is about the enactment of “Taijiang National Park Water Recreation Activity Application Notices” which will be effective on July 15, 2014. Please download files if needed.
IV. The Taijiang National Park Headquarters allows two areas for water recreation activities:
  1. Partial zones of the usage zones in the Control (1) Qigu Lagoon Area of the General Control Area and Recreation (1) Qigu Liukong Wharf Service Area are allowed. The areas available are limited to the scope in the attached picture (Attachment 1). These areas cover the water at the north of Liukong Wharf and the fish farm experience area behind the Liukong Service Station.
  2. Water recreation activities are not allowed except for the areas above. The exceptions are emergency rescue, performance of official business and approved situations.
