The Taijiang National Park Headquarters (TJNP) has been recognized for its “Taijiang Wetland School” environmental education activities, transforming the national park into a vast outdoor learning paradise. Through continuous development of diverse and engaging courses, participants experience Taijiang's unique resources. To date, 16 course modules have been completed, covering topics such as wetland ecology, industrial experiences, historical culture, and environmental action. TJNP collaborates with local communities and fishermen to provide a range of services including outdoor teaching, professional workshops, project planning, and school outreach programs.

The “Taijiang Wetland School Environmental Education Promotion Plan” was selected by the Ministry of the Interior as a key achievement in environmental education for 2022. Following a rigorous review by the Environmental Protection Administration's "National Environmental Education Action Plan Performance Evaluation and Recognition Program" on May 29, 2023, TJNP was awarded the highest honor of excellence and officially recognized for its efforts. The evaluators highly commended TJNP for its profound local collaboration and continuous promotion of environmental education that learns together with the wetlands.

TJNP noted that in addition to accepting group reservations for environmental education courses, it will continue to organize “Meet the National Park” events to encourage families to step outdoors and connect with nature through fun and educational activities in the wetlands.
